Hard-working, highly motivated, ambitious, reliable, diligent & enthusiastic, I am a GPhC registered Pharmacist Manager with a passion for pharmacy & delivering optimal patient care to achieve the best health outcomes. I am highly experienced in the provision of Pharmacy services within a Primary Care setting and have gained great clinical, business, interpersonal and communication skills, with an appreciation of the commercial aspects of Pharmacy management. I have been directly involved in the training and supervision of dozens of Newly Qualified Pharmacists, Pre-Registration Pharmacists and students, utilising my knowledge, nous, expertise, theoretical & practical skill sets to develop these individuals into qualified, competent and successful professionals.Working in some of the most demanding Pharmacies in the country demonstrates my ability to work well under pressure and to lead teams to exceed individual and commercial targets, culminating in said branches being nominated for and winning the prestigious company-wide “The Pharmacy of the Year” award.
