I have reduced recurring issues by 30 percent and cut resolution time by 40 percent.On the sales technology side I manage the tools, data, and processes that keep a global sales organisation productive and compliant across revenue operations, sales enablement, and platform governance.I have led the onboarding of more than users across three major upgrades and mentored a team of seven analysts on Salesforce best practices and business process documentation.I am the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams.
