Hi, I’m Jumaytha.My journey with leadership and social responsibility began back in 7th grade when I first discovered the joy of taking initiative and contributing to something larger than myself. That curiosity gradually evolved into a deep passion for creating meaningful impact in society.Today, as I work in CSR projects in a corporate organization, I work at the intersection of business, sustainability, and community development. My academic background in Business Administration and my experiences in sustainability initiatives, volunteering and people management have shaped my perspective on how businesses can become powerful drivers of social and environmental change.I strongly believe that responsible businesses have the ability not only to grow economically but also to uplift communities, protect the environment, and create long-term sustainable value.My interests lie in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Environmental Social Governance (ESG), sustainability strategy, and social impact projects.
