Hi, I’m Jumana, Psychologist & Co-founder at Evolusis. My approach to workplace psychology stems from 15+ years as a national-level swimmer, where I developed insights into Performance Psychology and mental resilience. This foundation, combined with over hours of multi generational consulting (working with people between 10-65 years), has shaped my understanding of how different generations process information, feedback, and motivation in professional environments.I hold an MSc in Clinical Psychology and Mental Health and am an Advanced REBT Practitioner. My work focuses on helping organizations understand and leverage generational differences as operational strengths rather than challenges to overcome.At Evolusis, we help companies work with multigenerational teams - specifically Gen Z & their managers. We help Gen Z adapt to corporate & work readiness. We help managers with leadership styles that work for Gen Z.
