Leading a digital transformation project to implement a new Case Management System (CMS) for the Residential Rehabilitation Service. I manage the full project lifecycle from requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement to solution design, data migration, testing and system launch.Work closely with vendors to design and customise the system, developing user stories, process diagrams, system architecture designs, data mappings, UAT scripts and supporting documentation. Oversee project milestones, coordinate user training, testing and project documentation.I design dashboards and conduct data analysis to track service performance and inform decision-making. I’m also responsible for preparing reports that support funding requirements, ensuring that key outcomes and impacts are communicated clearly to stakeholders.Key skills:• Data analysis and reporting using Power BI, Power Query, SQL databases and Crystal Reports• Advanced documentation and system design using Office 365 (Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Power Automate and Word)
