Our remit covers annual and quarterly reporting, sustainability reporting, non financial statements, compensation reporting and a wide range of executive communication materials including financial presentations, speeches, Q&A documents and related press releases.I also oversee key ESG initiatives such as the management of external ratings and rankings including S&P Global CSA, CDP and ISS ESG. My team drives the implementation of CSRD requirements from double materiality assessments to gap analyses, audit readiness and alignment with the EU Taxonomy.Beyond disclosure, we support the broader investor relations agenda by contributing to capital market days, analyst events, earnings releases and the annual shareholders’ meeting. Through this integrated setup, we help ensure consistent messaging, regulatory compliance and a strong equity story across all touchpoints.
