searcher, teacher, and entrepreneur. My career has been built on a solid bridge between fundamental science and market impact. With 18 years as a teacher-researcher at ENSCM, I have led cutting-edge research projects in chemistry and biotechnology, trained generations of engineers, and contributed to the advancement of knowledge. Driven by the conviction that innovation must translate into concrete solutions, I took the entrepreneurial leap by co-founding and leading the deep tech startup CarboZym. The CarboZym adventure was a total immersion and accelerated training at the highest level. From defining the vision to raising public and private funds, from recruiting a team of experts to negotiating strategic partnerships, I managed the entire life cycle of an innovative company. This comprehensive experience, right up to its conclusion, taught me invaluable lessons about the key success factors—and critical pitfalls—of industrializing disruptive technology. It is a 360° view, pragmatic and unfiltered, that few executives or scientists have the opportunity to acquire. Today, my strength lies in this unique dual perspective: I possess both the scientific rigor to evaluate the robustness of a technology and the pragmatism of an entrepreneur to assess its market potential and execution risks. I know how to translate the language of the laboratory into a credible value proposition and business plan. Passionate about transforming innovation into sustainable economic value, I want to put this vision to work in the service of a broader ambition. My goal is to uncover the technologies of tomorrow, assess their potential, and build the strategies that will enable them to become industrial successes.
