Employee Resource Groups (ERGs): Manage and support programming for 10 ERGs—playing a key role in expanding theprogram from 9 to 10 groups through strategic planning, initiative development, and cross-functional collaboration.• Organize all ERG events, designing initiatives, and managing internal DE & I communications.• Lead the collaboration between ERGs and the Play Ball initiative to enhance community engagement and visibility.• Cultural Programming: execute DE & I cultural engagements and activations for both MLB and MiLB/ProfessionalDevelopment League (PDL).• Recruitment Initiatives: Manage recruiting partnerships and maintain a resume database to support MLB and MiLB clubsin attracting diverse talent.• Career Development: Support the planning and execution of training programs and career development opportunities forMLB employees.• Industry Events: Assist in organizing league-wide meetings and events, including the All-Star Game, World Series andIndustry Meetings.• Communications: Contribute to the content and construction of ERG communications, ensuring alignment with DE & Istrategic objectives.• Administrative Support: Handle administrative tasks related to meetings, events, and invoice processing.
