You are here! So the first step has already been taken! Who am I? Hello, it\'s me, Julius. Pleased to meet you! In 2013, I found myself in the recruitment industry in a roundabout way & it was here that I realised that my ability to build rapport with people, as well as my attention to detail, meticulous accuracy & structured approach are exactly what I need to excel in this profession. After classical sales training in an English company, the option arose for me to join a newly founded German start-up - in 2015. Due to many years of familiarity with the founding team & a departure from strictly KPI-driven recruiting activities - a very clear argument for me to transition. In addition to my coffee addiction and the desire to fill my job with fun and joie de vivre, I stand for open, honest communication, transparency and cooperation at eye level. In other words, I do my utmost to make you feel that you are in good hands with me.
