Not as theory, but as measurable business value. What sets me apart from classic consultants: I have built, scaled, and sold a company myself. As founder and COO of MPG Solar, I grew a bootstrapped startup to €3.4M in revenue and 25 employees and exited successfully in April 2026, powered by AI-driven process automation in daily operations. Before that, as Managing Director of wattx (Viessmann\'s Company Builder), I led AI and digitalization projects with industrial clients and brought 10+ ventures from idea to market.My three focus areas:1⃣ Operations & Interim Management: Building and scaling operational structures, owning P&L, leading multi-project portfolios. With the pragmatism of a founder who has done it himself. 2⃣ AI & Digital Strategy: Identifying, prioritizing, and implementing AI use cases that move the needle.
