Successfully delivered Fraud Authentication Project of Scotiabank (digital electronic channels), helped the bank to improve its customer authentication mechanism by implementing 2-step verifications resulting to enhanced customer experience and fraud loss avoidance. Built API connection between BNS and EnStream for phone no./ SIM swap risk scoring. Led the end-to-end implementation (including change management activities) of Scotiabank’s cheque fraud solution using Symcor’s CorIQ – Verify product. The initiative was to eliminate bank’s operational loss due to fraudulent cheques.
