Design and facilitation of a two week Design Thinking Deep Dive with 25 students from all over the world with various backgrounds. In 10 days we went through the entire Design Thinking process two times. Our design challenge was to \"Reimagine the museum experience in Weimar\". Students learned to work in mulit-discplinary and intercultural teams by self-organizing their own design process, reflect upon it and give themselves feedback.

ABOUT JULIUS FALK

I am a freelance Design Thinking Coach who is passionate about challenging and changing the way people work together in organisations. My approach to Design Thinking is that the underlying principles of empathy, user-centricity, failure culture and building to learn are the powerful means to change working culture and the collaboration mindset systematically to overcome information and action silos in organisation and empower people to create meaningful solutions.I have worked for various agencies, consultancies, incubators, accelerators, schools, startups and corporate organizations, gaining experiences, learning from each project, challenging my approach to coaching and teaching, refining and drawing conclusions of how I can effectively support and enable people in these different contexts to try themselves out, be curious and step out of their comfort zone to acquire a new skill, a different attitude of working together.
