I’m a Leadership & Management major at Rutgers University–Newark with a passion for building strong communities, empowering others, and creating systems that help people thrive.As the current Treasurer of the Filipino Student Association and Public Relations Officer for FIND Inc. District I’ve been honored to represent and serve cultural communities across campus and the Northeast. These roles have allowed me to practice what I value most: thoughtful leadership, collaboration, and communication that brings people together.My past experience in customer-facing roles, including food service, event hospitality, and assistant management, has taught me the importance of clear communication, time management, and staying calm under pressure. Currently preparing for the upcoming term by collaborating with fellow board members and developing communication strategies for the 2024–2025 academic year.Responsibilities will include coordinating outreach between schools, managing district social media presence, supporting event promotions (such as Ms. Philippines and Reign or Shine), and helping strengthen the visibility of District across New Jersey and the wider region.
