As a seasoned IT professional with over 20 years of experience, I have developed a passion for providing exceptional support and executing successful projects. In my most recent role as Senior Infrastructure Consultant with BulletProof Solutions, I leverage my skills to delivering top-notch technical assistance to our clients in a variety of industries. I have extensive experience working with clients to implement, troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure, storage, networking, and security. I am also well-versed in deploying and supporting Windows Server environments on-prem and in Microsoft Azure. I have a deep understanding of the Windows Server operating system and have provided support for a wide range of server roles and features, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, SQL, Exchange, and IIS. I have also worked closely with clients to identify and remediate server performance issues, improving system stability and uptime with a parallel focus on security best practices. One of my key strengths is my ability to execute multiple projects from start to finish. I have successfully implemented numerous projects, including server migrations, cloud migrations, and infrastructure upgrades. I am adept at managing timelines between numerous projects and communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Another one of my key strengths is the ability to adapt to new technologies on the fly and I\'m never afraid to learn new skills. Overall, my experience in Microsoft Azure support, Windows Server support, and project execution make me a valuable asset to any organization.
