With a VW group wide responsibilty for financially instable and insolvent suppliers, my current role as risk manager within the procurement board division includes - improving the resilience of the automotive Tier-n supply chain strategically- assessing the projectory and impact of financial crisis of individual suppliers for the VW group and Audi- establishing the contractual framework to safeguard timely deliveries in crisis and insolvencies- negotiating short- and longterm solutions with all relevant stakeholders, e.g. credit institutions, shareholders, board members and directors, insolvency administrators, labour unions, etc- orchestrating the internal decision-making process and implementation to get the organisation behind the developed measures- regularly being part of creditor‘s comittees.
