As an account manager, I am their lead, coordinating all aspects of the member benefits, claims, and requests related to their coverage. Review of billing and claims monthly and prepare reporting for internal management and member\'s primary contacts. Respond to inquiries regarding coverage, potential claims processing and also any risk management items. Work internally with all departments (finance, underwriting, benefits, workers compensation, and claims) to make sure member\'s needs are met. Catholic Mutual Group was established as The Catholic Mutual Relief Society of America in 1889 by a group of Midwest Catholic bishops who were unable to obtain reasonably priced, reliable insurance on their churches.
