Key Responsbilites:1. Operational LeadershipOversee multiple camp sites, ensuring daily delivery meets safety, scheduling, and experience standards.Coordinate staffing, setup, and resources across Hampstead area - including timetables, equipment, uniform ect2. Staff DevelopmentHelp train, and supervise teams, including Camp Managers and Activity Leaders and wraparound leads.3. Compliance & SafeguardingMaintain full compliance with all safeguarding, first aid, and risk management procedures.Lead initial response to incidents and ensure accurate reporting - if necessary escalate to DSL, office or director - depending on the nature of the incident.4. Parent Engagement & Customer ServiceMonitor and enhance parent satisfaction through direct feedback and proactive support, polls, and school feedback forms.5. Programme Development & DeliveryEnsure consistent, engaging programming across all age groups.Collaborate with the curriculum team to implement high-impact activity schedules.6. Promoting our services to other schools in the area7. Financial & Administrative Management Monitor budgets, staffing hours, attendance trends, and supply needs.Contribute to regional performance reporting and growth planning.8. Being the schools point of contact.9. Keeping an eye of numbers at each activity and staffing needs.
