I\'m a bilingual professional (fluent in Portuguese and English) with a Higher Diploma in Software Development from NCI, completed in January 2022. With over 14 years of experience in a variety of roles, I bring a wealth of skills and perspectives to any project. My technical expertise includes proficiency in Java, as well as a keen understanding of HTML, JavaScript, CSS, MySQL, and Object-Oriented principles, which I acquired through my Postgraduate studies at NCI. I\'ve also worked extensively as a Service Desk Analyst, where I was responsible for providing timely and effective technical support to end-users. As a former Police Officer, I\'m well-equipped to handle high-pressure situations that require quick thinking and precision. I\'m also passionate about education and personal development and have consistently upskilled myself to stay abreast of the latest industry trends and best practices. Currently working as a Power Platform Consultant, where I am learning clients design and implement custom solutions that leveraged the Microsoft Power Platform. This involved collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting workshops and training sessions, and providing ongoing support to ensure successful project delivery.
