About Julio Rivera
I help organizations and institutions transform complex data into strategic insights and clear narratives that inform planning, improve outcomes, and expand what’s possible. With a background that combines executive leadership, teaching, and technical expertise, I’ve served as a Vice President and Dean in higher education, and as a Fulbright Scholar in Iceland, and a tenured professor focusing on spatial analytics in business strategy.
