I started Draftech International in 2018 because I saw the same problem everywhere in telecom — ISPs juggling five different vendors to get one fiber network built. One firm for survey, another for design, someone else for pole analysis, a different shop for permitting. Every handoff was a delay. Every miscommunication was a change order. I wanted to build one team that could handle all of it. Survey to as-built. HLD to traffic control. No handoffs. Eight years later, that\'s exactly what we\'ve done. Draftech has designed miles of outside plant across 22 states. Our 600+ engineers have engineered fiber to 2.6 million addresses — for regional ISPs, national carriers, electric co-ops, and BEAD subgrantees. We run the full stack: field survey, FTTH design, pole loading analysis, permitting, CAD/GIS production, construction support, and as-built documentation. I studied Civil Engineering at Florida International University, and I\'ve spent my entire career in telecom infrastructure. What drives me is building something that works — for the client, for the field crew, and for the communities that are still waiting for broadband. We\'re a Certified Minority Business Enterprise.
