ABOUT JÚLIO LOCATELLI PIVA

I started my career working hands-on with embedded systems, microcontrollers, power electronics, telecommunications, and firmware development—gaining practical experience in both hardware and software. Over the years, I expanded into full-stack web development and mobile apps, contributing across R&D teams in both academic and industrial settings.Along the way, I also founded and grew a technology company, leading it from inception through development and operations, and successfully exiting after its acquisition—an experience that deepened my entrepreneurial mindset and strengthened my skills in product ownership, leadership, and execution.Today, I’m a Senior Cloud Developer at NTi Audio, where I work on real-time monitoring platforms in the field of acoustics and vibration. I contribute across the stack—frontend, backend, and DevOps—designing scalable cloud architectures and building robust user interfaces and APIs.My background bridges embedded systems, software engineering, and team management, with experience in both academic research environments and fast-paced product development. I’ve led multidisciplinary teams and delivered end-to-end solutions, and I’m passionate about connecting the dots between hardware and cloud, development and operations, and leadership and execution.
