Assisted in the integration of WSP’s India resource centre into UK operations, developing training programmes now rolled out across both regions to ensure consistency in outputs and effective skills transfer.Currently leading the design teams for the Greenways programme to deliver several cycle links of approximately 8km each (Comberton, Barton and Haslingfield) in Cambridge. This scheme aims to connect Cambridge with nearby rural villages to a high safety and cycle standard. Overall responsibility for the design delivery including quality assurance and resource allocation within extremely tight timescales. Managing competing priorities at different design stages (preliminary and detailed design) for all three routes, which equates to a concurrent delivery of six projects with timescale, budget, political and client pressures. Construction for the first phase started in October 2023.Delivering multiple programmes for Westminster City Council, including Cycleways (C43, C51, C63, Cycle Permeability, Westbourne Terrace and Bayswater Road), Urban Realm and Major Projects (Sackville Street, Harrow Road Corridor, Maida Hill Market), Developer (Knighstbridge Green and Sections 278), Sustainable (Play Street, Cycle Hangars, Tree Buildouts) with a focus on sustainability, accessibility, and community impact.Oversee and approve a wide range of project documentation including Briefs, Scopes, Reconciliations, Final Accounts, Fee Proposals, Project Cost Summaries, Risk Registers, Bills of Quantities, Design Drawings, Road Safety Audit Responses, Design Reports, Technical Notes, Project Programmes, RAMS, Progress Reports, Works Notification Letters, Snagging Lists, and Completion Certificates.
