As a General Adjuster at Sedgwick, I handle complex, large-loss, and multi-building property claims for commercial and commercial-residential (such as HOA/COA/Cooperatives) Insurers, applying my estimating knowledge from the perspective of a General & Roofing Contractor and my claims adjudicating expertise as a Claims Examiner/Account Manager. I collaborate with a team of internal and external consummate professionals to deliver high-quality services and ensure Client and Claimant satisfaction. I also leverage my customer relationship management skills to build and maintain rapport with Clients, Adjusters, Policyholders, and Vendors. I have expert-level knowledge of the claims process, policy coverage, repair and replacement methodologies, reconstruction outcomes, dispute resolution, handling of represented claims (such as Public Adjuster, Plaintiff Attorney, AOB), win-win settlement negotiations, liability analysis, subrogation recoveries, and appraisal procedures. I work with Self-Admitted Domestic Carriers, E&S Carriers, Lloyd\'s Syndicates with Quota Share & Manuscript Policies, Self-Insured Retention Entities, and Risk Manager/CLO Led Corporations. On the weekends, as a proud patriot, I am a Hospital Corpsman (Fleet Marine Force) with the U.S. Navy & Marine Corps Reserve, where I provide tactical combat/emergency casualty care to military personnel and civilians.
