Based in London, I am a senior partner in a group of 40+ practitioners within KPMG’s US tax practice, focusing on cross-border tax matters. My practice is centered on the asset management sector, representing a broad spectrum of sponsors, including private equity, credit, and secondaries fund managers.I provide strategic counsel throughout the lifecycle of an investment fund—from initial fund formation and continuation, to buy-side and sell-side M&A (including structuring, financing, and vendor due diligence matters).
