Worked closely with Office of General Counsel on document hold/preservation orders & collection processes. Worked with applicable lawyers & staff on the identification & collection of potentially responsive email, & electronic documents. Handled time sensitive requests to locate electronic records in active & archive DMS as well as locating archived Outlook email within Enterprise Vault from active & departed employees. Established & implemented a process to convert hardcopy records to electronic format thus reducing the need for costly offsite storage while improving collaboration & effective use of data. Administered the process for collection, review & release of hardcopy & electronic records necessary to comply with file releases associated with client requests.
