I believe great construction companies don’t just build spaces; they build communities, cultures, and opportunities.As Vice President of Strategy at Vestacon, I help shape the long-term direction of a growing construction management and general contracting firm serving clients across Canada by leading strategic growth, market expansion, ESG integration, and organizational evolution, while supporting the delivery of complex commercial renovations across finance, insurance, healthcare, retail, and government sectors, including Fortune Global 500 clients.Having joined Vestacon in its early years, I’ve helped shape its evolution into a leading construction management and general contracting firm recognized among Canada’s Top 25 Innovators in Construction, Top Inspiring Workplaces in North America & Globally, and a Best Place to Work in Real Estate and Construction.My work focuses on building resilient systems, identifying emerging opportunities, and positioning the organization for long-term, measurable impact. I’m especially committed to advancing innovation, inclusive leadership, and meaningful pathways for women and underrepresented groups in construction.I hold an Executive MBA (Certificate in Social Impact) from Queen’s University, a PMP® designation, a LEED GA, and a degree in Architectural Science from Toronto Metropolitan University. I was honoured to be named a Top 40 Under 40 in Canadian Construction (2020) and TCA’s Community Leader Award recipient (2026).Beyond my role at Vestacon, I\'m deeply committed to advancing the construction industry through leadership and community involvement. I currently serve as a Board Director with the Canadian Association of Women in Construction (CAWIC) and remain actively engaged with PMI, the Canada Green Building Council, Toronto CREW, and the Toronto Construction Association, alongside volunteer leadership with Habitat for Humanity GTA, PMI–Durham Highlands, Community Care Durham, and V!VA Whitby Shores.Construction is ultimately a people business, and I’m passionate about building organizations and communities where people can thrive.
