We help clients review their end to end processes, identifying opportunities to implement reporting and analysis that gives them insight into key business financials. We help embed a finance culture across the organisation and implement robust controls that allow busy directors to feel confident they can offload work, freeing up their time so we can work with you to drive strategic growth.\\\\n\\\\n \\\\n\\\\nWe engaged with Julie and her firm to assist us in compiling a process and financial audit of our business. Our overarching ambition had been to align business work streams and identify potential cost efficiencies. The speed and multi facetted nature of both our sales channels and the systemic environment involved in delivering these, made this an onerous and unenviable task. Julies highly analytical and pragmatic approach, teamed with her ability to quickly identify root cause resulted in not only a timely delivery of the project, but also an excellent achievable follow on roadmap for continuous, consistent delivery. Julie has a fantastic talent for working with internal teams and involving them in coming up with the future solutions and direction.
