Develop and implement strategies to innovate talent recruitment and selection. Act as thought-leader and serve on cross-functional working groups and projects to enhance talent strategies, with a focus on diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI) and workforce transformation.Manage the Young Professionals Programme (YPP). Lead the program to recruit entry-level professionals from un- and under-represented countries, to begin their career with the UN. Partner with management across the Organization to determine needs and develop examination process. Liaise with external stakeholders (Member State representatives) to ensure understanding and promotion of YPP. Administer global assessments and ensure a fair process for candidates, in accordance with the relevant rules and policies. Manage the selection and placement of YPP staff, as well as a dedicated mobility program.Previous: Team lead for staffing exercises within the Political, Peace, and Humanitarian job network (POLNET). Implement global staff selection process. Lead team in partnering with hiring managers to design global recruitment and selection, within a new hiring policy. Advise clients on compliance with new policy while customizing the process to meet their needs.
