I am the Chief Learning Architect at Bionic Solution where I design learning systems that enable new business growth. I’m also the Founder of Breaker, dedicated to closing the gap between education and employment. I spent fifteen years piloting innovation initiatives with the New York City Department of Education – as a classroom teacher, professional developer, and teacher trainer. My work is recognized by TED, where I am a Senior Fellow, and by the Institute of Design at Stanford University where I was a d.fellow in 2013.
