ABOUT JULIETTE GUST

Juliette is the current Lead Investigator for the Americas (North, South, Central America and Caribbean) at ABB Motion. Juliette is also the co-founder of Ethics Suite, a company that provides a modern digital ethics hotline intake and case management system for the internal reporting and tracking of workplace misconduct, fraud, or theft and other GRC tools. Throughout her career, Juliette has conducted or managed more than 2,200 investigations spanning 75 countries, and has advised on more than employee ethics line reports. She developed and was the Director of the global Fraud & Investigations team for a hospitality company with more than employees in 100 countries. She also served as the company’s Project Manager and core member of Its Anti-Corruption Compliance Program team leading the development of a best-in-class global anti-corruption risk assessment, third-party due diligence, and internal audit program.Juliette\'s past experience includes providing advisory services to a diverse group of clients as a Manager and subject matter expert within PwC’s Regulatory, Forensics, and Hospitality & Leisure practices, where she led investigations and engagements in the U.S. and abroad on a variety of matters including anti-money laundering, corruption and bribery, embezzlement and financial statement fraud and has presented findings and recommendations before executive boards, federal and state regulatory agencies and audit committees in response to regulatory enforcement actions. Juliette is fluent in Spanish, has been a Certified Fraud Examiner since 2007, and recently earned the Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional - International and Certified Forensic Interviewer certifications. She is a CPA candidate and has dual degrees/majors in International Hospitality Administration and Accounting/Forensic Accounting.
