ABOUT JULIETTE FERGUS

Over her 35 year career, Juliette has developed a deep understanding of the role relationships play in the workplace. Whether it be leading an Internal Communications Team in charge of bringing real-time information to over 500 front-line employees, or handling multi-million dollar real estate transactions, communication and prioritizing the client experience are always key to her success.With over 15 years of experience in the fields of Communications and Project Management, when Juliette pivoted to Real Estate in 2015, the first thing she noticed was how “numbers and results” driven her new field appeared to be. The climate was one of scarcity, with many agents hungrily searching for their next dollar. Sadly, clients = commissions for many. Juliette knew this couldn’t be the correct path to prosperity for her. She knew in her gut that by leveraging her background in relationship management and communications, she could develop amazing client experiences, and that profitability would follow. Juliette joined Trust Realty Group in 2016. This Team got her! This group of generous humans understood that profitability is more than just the bottom line of each deal. It’s the intangible value of an impeccable reputation that brings continued business. As proven by countless awards and 5-star Google reviews, it turns out Juliette’s gut was right. With 45+ years spent living in Toronto’s East-End, Juliette has in-depth personal knowledge of the East-End. In fact, she was born at what is now Michael Garron, as was her daughter. Juliette relocated to Barrie’s South-End in late 2021 to be closer to friends and family. To better serve her clients in both the north as well as her Danforth-East clients, she is a member of both the TREB and BDAR real estate boards. To the masses, this translates into Juliette having direct access to the vast majority of listings across the province of Ontario.Juliette is proud to give back to her community through event sponsorship and volunteer work. She has worked extensively with the Danforth East Community Association (DECA) to bring such events as the Festival of Lights Annual Tree Lighting Ceremony, and the Danforth East Arts Fair to life. A philanthropist at heart, Juliette has also historically supported the Michael Garron Hospital redevelopment, and multiple art shows and installations.
