ABOUT JULIETTE KROVI

With 15 years of experience in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry, I am a Senior Health & Science Specialist at Pfizer, where I leverage my Customer Experience and New Business Growth competencies to deliver impactful results. I hold a Certificate of Advanced Management (CAM) from the Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business, a Pfizer Sponsored Program that enhances my strategic, visionary, and leadership skills. As a global and innovative senior sales leader, I have worked and lived in three different countries, including the USA, India, and Singapore, where I have developed cultural competence and critical thinking skills. My passion and mission is to be the \"Voice of the Customer\" and to ensure equity, inclusion, and diversity in healthcare, especially for those who are at risk or underserved. As a lifelong learner I aim to live out wherever life leads me. To me, truly understanding of the nuances surrounding diversity are central to how I interact with and learn about the world around me. Not only do those focuses deepen my personal desire for improvement, they grow my empathy and patience on a daily basis.
