ABOUT JULIETTE RENAUD
Hello everyone, After graduating from Audencia Business School with a Bachelor in Management in July 2021, I decided to start an international experience. This one-year interlude between the 3rd year of the Bachelor\'s degree and the Master\'s degree was essential for me because it was deeply beneficial. This project, which I had been thinking about for several years, was intended to meet two distinct objectives: to considerably improve my level of English and to internationalize my professional experience. With two years of work experience in the heart of a French fashion house and 6 months of internship in a Parisian startup of eco-responsible cosmetics, there was one element missing on my Curriculum Vitae: international. Aware of the important recruitment value of foreign experiences, not to mention the personal benefits they can bring, I decided to take the plunge and move on. So I stepped out of my comfort zone and committed myself to doing everything I could to make this project a success. In one year, I was able to discover two countries, two internships, two companies and thus two very enriching experiences through a strong cultural experience. While I was there, I strengthened my professional skills, particularly in digital marketing and communication, as well as cross-cutting skills such as open-mindedness, curiosity, self-confidence, team spirit, organization and above all determination. In August 2022, I went back to school with all the skills I\'d acquired during my year abroad. I joined the IÉSEG School of Management, in the PGE Cycle Master en Alternance, specializing in Digital Marketing & Innovation on the Paris campus. For me, the work-study route is the only way to get a foot in the door as quickly as possible, to combine theory and practice in the workplace, to get hands-on experience and training with professionals, and to give meaning to my studies. To my great delight, I began a two-year work-study contract with CHANEL. After a year as Assistant Project Manager and Community Manager in the Project Coordination department (Sept. 2022/Sept. 2023), I joined the Arts, Culture & Communications department as Assistant Event Manager and International Press Relations Community Coordinator (Sept. 2023/Sept. 2024).See you soon, Juliette
