Collaborate with the Loyalty Product Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of the Loyalty program, ensuring seamless execution of new initiatives across all cross-functional teams- Play a key role in defining audience and segmentation strategies for all Loyalty campaigns- Implement and manage CRM journeys across email, SMS, and app pushes to enhance engagement with the loyalty program- Contribute to the continuous enhancement of the Loyalty program by executing A/B and/or multivariate tests to optimize campaigns and customer metrics- Liaise closely with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with Loyalty initiative checklists, encompassing strategic deliverables, asset and copy coordination, as well as QA and testing- Prepare regular reports on Loyalty program KPIs and handle ad-hoc retention-related requests as necessary- Conduct competitive analyses and develop comparative documents to support the creation of presentations, collaborating with the Loyalty Product Manager on monthly, quarterly, and yearly program performance reviews.
