   As an IT Supervisor, I oversees the daily operations of a team of service desk technicians who support general practice veterinary hospitals, and resorts. As a Leader for my team, I work in partnership with my peer mangers, and my director to ensure high-quality service delivery and technical excellence. This role allows me to demonstrate my ability to understand and anticipate customer needs, ensuring that services are aligned with user expectations. I lead my team to deliver maximum value. I am self-motivated, and know how to balance between the needs of making independent judgements and/or working collaboratively with others. My passion is mentoring as well as leading my team to deliver timely and quality work.
