Transferred strains at a rapid pace from bench to pilot to manufacturing scale fermentations to generate protein for early product launches - Developed a washed dry cell weight assay for filamentous fungal fermentation broth with a 20 minute turn around time - Wrote and maintained detailed fermentation technology transfer packets generated from a mix of fermentation bench scale, pilot scale, and manufacturing demo data - Developed and maintained automated JSL (JMP) data pipelines for fermentation data to allow for data visualization and analysis - Evolved data pipelines through different tools (python, SQL) as raw data sources evolved and grew along with fermentation and manufacturing throughput - Compared performance of fermentation data across various scales to identify potential process control discrepancies resulting in KPI gaps - Statistically analyzed performance in different fermentation tanks at CMOs to highlight KPI differences and gain more information regarding equipment design at the site - Travelled to CMOs to manage new strain/process technology transfer and on-going relationship
