E-COMMERCE :• Manage website animation according to the Maison\'s commercial and marketing calendar: create homepages, landing pages, integrate content/products, manage translations.• Create and monitor the e-commerce product offering: manage product launches, stocks.• Continuously optimize the website and customer journeys, create and evolve pages and features.• Drive revenue development actions : cross-selling, GWP, gifting etc.• Maintain consistent and effective merchandising throughout the year in line with stock, sales, desirability, and respect for the Maison\'s image.• Develop e-commerce projects and UX topics (analysis, implementation, optimization).CRM :• Creating, integrating, analyzing, and optimizing CRM campaigns across the France, Sweden, Germany, US, and UK markets via Klaviyo.• Coordinating with Marketing teams for content production.• Operational deployment of campaigns: targeting, segmentation, configuration, sending, and performance monitoring.• Setting up automated scenarios (flows).• Conducting A/B tests to optimize open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.ANALYSIS :• Regularly report on key performance indicators: sales, stock, traffic, merchandising, CRM KPIs (open rates, click rates, conversions, unsubscribes, database size, etc.)• Formalize targeted recommendations to optimize performance and develop revenue: merch, UX, products, etc.• Monitor competitors: benchmark best practices and track e-partners.
