WORK HISTORY
Co-chair @American Association for Justice
The Timeshare Litigation Group of the American Association for Justice assists members investigating and litigating cases against timeshare developers. These developers defraud millions of vulnerable consumers when they induce them to purchase timeshare intervals for tens or hundreds of thousands of dollars. After purchase, the consumers cannot rid themselves of the timeshare interest, which frequently carry mortgages, high interest rates, and “in perpetuity” contracts for a lifetime of expensive maintenance fees.
