ABOUT JULIET PETTY LEEDS

I am a Senior Director and Chartered Surveyor at CBRE, with a wealth of dedicated property management experience. I lead the Yorkshire and North East Property Management team, which has seven fee earners working for global, national and local clients. With property management expertise for institutional investment and pension funds and an in depth knowledge of Yorkshire and the North East markets, I bring an all inclusive perspective to property management. Having completed an Estates Surveying Degree in my career started as a Graduate Surveyor with Leeds City Council, before joining CBRE in 2001. Since then, I have progressed from Surveyor level through to Associate Director, Client Services Director and finally Director level in 2015. I thrive on finding cost effective solutions that achieve the highest quality standards and realise specific milestones. My breadth of technical and industry experience means that I am adept at managing client expectations, defining and steering overall strategy, influencing key decisions and ensuring increased visibility and added value. I develop strong and sustainable relationships, ensure project execution and resolve project barriers. Throughout my career, I have managed a wide range of properties from out of town retail, multi let industrial, high street retail, mixed use properties and prime city centre offices. As such, I have an in depth understanding of service charges, risk management, sustainability, arrears advice, lease negotiations, rates initiatives, landlord and tenant issues together with complex capital work projects and due diligence for sales and purchases. I am always interested in expanding my network and would love to connect with like minded professionals who would like to know more about my work.
