I am a junior psychology student at Louisiana State University with a minor in business administration, passionate about the field of Human Resources. My interests include labor relations, employee development, workplace culture, and employment law, where I aim to create meaningful and equitable impacts in the workplace.Through my Human Resources rotational internship at Insperity, a leading PEO, I gained hands-on experience across talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, learning and development, employee relations, and compliance. I completed a capstone project focused on integrating AI into Learning and Development efforts, strengthening my skills in innovative HR solutions.Combined with my experience as a research assistant at LSU and my HR work at CAMS, I have developed strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills. I have contributed to various HR initiatives that support employee growth and organizational success. Additionally, as Vice President of Social Relations for SHRM at LSU and an active member of Pi Beta Phi, I am committed to ongoing professional growth and leadership opportunities within the field.I am eager to connect with professionals who share my enthusiasm for HR, employment law, and organizational development.
