I\'ve spent my career at the intersection of educational equity and systems change — first as a classroom teacher and school leader, and now as a technology and partnership strategist helping districts unlock the potential of AI-powered learning.My path started in Namibia with the Peace Corps, where I saw firsthand how access to quality literacy instruction transforms life outcomes. That conviction has driven every role since — from teaching ELA and leading teams in Chicago classrooms, to building enterprise partnerships that bring proven EdTech solutions to districts at scale.Today I lead regional district and state partnerships at Amira Learning, working at the executive level to align AI-driven reading intervention with long-term district priorities. I believe the best EdTech partnerships don\'t just deliver a product — they keep student outcomes and relationships at the core, and build the internal capacity of districts to sustain and scale what works.
