My practice focuses on all aspects of intellectual property, with a concentration in patent litigation. As a patent litigator, I leverage my technical knowledge with my extensive patent prosecution background and skill set to provide clients with high-quality analysis and winning advocacy. I began my practice as a patent prosecutor, where I successfully obtained patents in a broad range of technologies. I have worked with clients in chemical and mechanical engineering spaces, pharmaceutical and small molecule industries, consumer products, SaaS, and several other unique technology fields. After having participated in several patent appeals and post grant proceedings, and routinely supporting patent litigation, I transitioned my practice to intellectual property litigation. In addition to patent disputes, I also handle all types of intellectual property litigation, including copyright, trademark, and trade secret disputes, and related litigations.
