ABOUT JULIET BROWN
As Partner in a leading executive search firm, I specialise in executive and non-executive leadership appointments across civil society, with a particular focus in health and social care, social justice and faith based organisations. I am particularly interested in how leaders build organisational resilience through strengthening their senior teams; and how this translates to the heart of the organisation’s work in delivering impact. As an executive coach, accredited by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council at Senior Practitioner level, I work with leaders across all sectors, supporting them as they navigate transitions and strengthen their leadership.I began my career as a fundraiser with two national disability charities and in HE before building my interest in Boards and leadership and organisational development. Over the last two decades, I have developed an extensive trusted network built on a genuine commitment to the long term success of clients and candidates.
