ABOUT JULIETA M.
I am a Mechatronics Engineer with international experience in the Automotive Industry, currently a candidate for an Executive MBA in Automotive Management at the TU Wien in Vienna. I work as a CFT Coordinator at Volkswagen, where I contribute to the integration and delivery of vehicle interior components for the 26MY Porsche Cayenne EV, where I use German and English on daily basis. Throughout my career, I have worked in international companies such as Pirelli, as a Product Engineer in the R&D department for OE development, and Stellantis, where I held the role of Design & Release Engineer in the Product Release Center for EDM Differentials. My core expertise includes the design, development, and release of new components for upcoming vehicle model years. I focus on the integration of complex vehicle systems, ensuring their performance, design compliance, and timely delivery across prototyping and production milestones. In addition, I have been strongly involved in quality assurance activities, particularly in achieving component reliability, durability, and regulatory compliance throughout the development lifecycle. As a cross functional teams coordinator, I focus on aligning multidisciplinary teams by fostering collaboration while respecting the scope and responsibilities of each functions, creating effective synergies across functions to meet ambitious project goals through the development process.
