Tasked with the responsibilities of using Agile methodologies to oversee project lifecycles for critical insurance product developments and forex trading platforms, ensuring seamless collaboration among multidisciplinary teams. I Facilitate scrum events (sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint review, sprint retrospective) and other agile activities (backlog refinement, release planning, story writing workshop, project kickoff meeting). I Implement Agile practices within the teams to improve business outcomes; provide more transparency and value while delivering potentially releasable product increment every 2 weeks. I facilitate Scrum of Scrums and engaged with other scrum masters to increase the effectiveness of the application of scrum in the value stream.
