ABOUT JULIET DENNING

I love design almost as much as I love my grandma. I’m a grateful “small-townie” born and raised in Bailey, CO, who’s filled with intuition, ambition, and a desire to achieve. While obtaining my Industrial Design Degree in Savannah, GA, as well a minor in Themed Entertainment & Production Design, I had many opportunities including-building a 5 ft. tall bust of Princess Zelda entirely out of sand ( & getting the sunburn of a lifetime.)-winning 5th place in the National Prysmian Design Challenge -supporting & collaborating with amazing prop designers for 2 productions that ran in a 110 year old theater -running my own production design operation for two television sets - & eating my very first pecan (never did learn how to pronounce it though). 5+ years in retail management taught me that: there\'s power in positivity, what I don\'t have in wisdom I make up for in integrally hard work, and a job isn\'t successfully defined by hours but by EFFORT. Experience in; Fabrication, Industrial design, Environment & Set Design, CAD, drafting and Production design. I am currently growing my skill-set further, and hoping to gain more knowledge on fabricating objects for Immersive environments and Product design as my career evolves! Within such a multifaceted field as 3D Interactive design, I pride myself on my versatility and passion for understanding many fields and tools. So that I can happily handle any task, hammer, or program, that’s swung my way. I passionately feel you can learn something from everyone, no matter the path, age or background, and that knowledge is power. ALWAYS looking to make potential connections, and to learn about everything I can, from anyone who is willing to share!
