After 35 years in financial services, I’ve decided to join ReferTrac as Chief Growth Officer. My role is to promote ReferTrac, conduct demo’s, consult with Financial Advisors and Financial Institutions on their referral program structure and support and share best practices that I’ve learned over the years helping Financial Institutions set up and implement referral programs. Before joining ReferTrac, I was the Program Director for Notre Dame Federal Credit Union’s investment program where we used ReferTrac to manage their referral program. And prior to that, I worked with Exemplar Financial Network, an enterprise for LPL Financial; working with multiple institutions on the structure and implementation of their investment programs. ReferTrac is a web-based referral management solution that helps financial advisors in financial institutions receive, track and report on investment referrals.
