Partner directly with business leaders to build and cultivate high performance teams in all areas of business, work on leading new teams, integrating personnel after mergers and acquisitions, and turnaround historically poor performing units. Provide company and issue-specific coaching and training centered around increasing emotional intelligence (EQ), coaching the coach, coaching for optimal performance, advanced listening skills, team building, leading difficult conversations, and personal development.
