After 20 years working in HR and OD, mainly within the third sector, I and my co-Director Nic decided to start-up Transforming HR. We are an HR and OD consultancy, specialising in bespoke responses to a variety of organisational HR and OD challenges. I am also a Chartered Member of the CIPD. I work strategically with our customers, forming a partnership to best support their organisation’s needs by giving safe, targeted, straightforward HR & OD solutions. Whether that be through employee development, providing support for complex HR issues, or implementing wider operational change, I and my colleagues at Transforming HR are here to help your business become more efficient and successful. In my downtime I am kept busy with my role as secretary and supporter for a youth football team, which my youngest son plays for. When I am not cheering him on, I can be found walking the hills with my Springer Spaniel.
