I am an Investment Broker Salesperson specializing in Investment Real Estate. I work with investors to assist them in buying or selling all types of real estate. I assist them in investment analysis for each property, help streamline their rehab processes, and provide comparative market analysis. I understand investors and their specific needs. I review their real estate investment portfolio in order to better understand where they currently are and where they want to be for the future. My clients benefit from my strong communication and neogotiation skills. Investor Short Sales are one of the specialized areas that I have extensive experience in negotiating. I negotiate what is in the best interest of my investor client. Investors are not protected by the laws that owner occupants are protected by. Investors are left wide open for lien holders to take advantage of them. The outcome of the investor short sales that I have negotiated is what the investor is seeking most! A full lien release on the first and second mortgages in addition they want a full release of the lien holder\'s right to pursue a judgement against the investor\'s assets for the deficient amount between the short sale sold price of the property and the original amount of the mortgage payoff. My ability and knowledge in negotiating investor short sales is critical to the success of the short sale closing in the investor\'s best interest. I make and maintain relationships with other professionals in the real estate industry to foster a cooperative environment for each transaction. I understand the Short Sale and REO processes and have extensive experience in these types of transactions. I have been a REALTOR for over 15 years here in Las Vegas and I enjoy every aspect of the real estate industry.\"I just may be your best investment\" is a statement that I have used from the beginning of my real estate career.
